As the Cook, you will be solely responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

This will include the preparation of an entirely organic set menu plan (provided by the school) which consists of a morning snack (chopped fruit), preparation of lunch for up to 42 children and 18 staff and an afternoon snack (varying from smoothies to sandwiches).
To be fully conversant with and be able to operate a range of folding, guillotine, stitching, perfect binding, lamination, one piece mailing equipment and their capabilities.
To support the goals of the Finishing Department and help to achieve their business targets, supporting the operations involved in print finishing to enable the Finishing Department to meet the planned schedules and customer specifications and expectation.
To ensure that all of the correct procedures are followed for ISO quality checking and the appropriate paperwork is completed.
