Robineau Patisserie is looking for an experienced person to manage the running of their busy patisserie bakery kitchen which creates the individual patisserie sold in the shop, large dinner party style desserts, bread, scones, croissants, frangipanes, celebration cakes and chocolates.
Our pastry sous chef will play a vital role in the seasonal menu changes for both the caf and the shop.
This is a 'hands on' role working with and organising a team of three to ensure the smooth running of the day and weeks ahead.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen in a successful and established customer facing restaurant near Ware serving all fresh food daily menus using the best local produce.
It is a very busy restaurant so you will need volume experience.
If you are a junior pastry chef at present or even a Chef de Partie with an interest in the pastry section, this role could be the stepping stone for you to develop into an outstanding Pastry Chef.
