Our client, a luxury 4 Hotel in Whitby, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join their team on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £30,000 on offer with tronc on top. This role comes with a great perks package and the opportunity to work with a remarkable Hotel brand in the UK. What does the role entail? As a Chef de Partie you will be working alongside the fellow chefs across two restaurants to ensure the dishes are up to the high standard of the hotel. The kitchen will get busy, and you might have to work across different sections to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and the food looks presentable. Working 5 of the 7 on a rota basis (possibly 4 days on and 4 days off dependant busy weeks). What skills will you have? The ideal candidate for this Chef de Partie role will be able to perform the above duties with ease. It would be advantageous if you have experience in a luxury hotel, although this is not essential. Above all, you will be a hard-working, flexible, and trustworthy team player, who has experience with fresh produce. What is on offer?
