Chef De Partie required for established kitchen situated on a local golf course. You will be working closely with the head chef to provide an exciting menu to patrons of the course and guests which changes all the time. Service is focused on breakfast and evening meal with lighter lunch options. The hours on offer are naturally fluid and will vary depending on the needs of the business ensuring peak times are covered. Weekends will be required and will make up a large portion of your hours with the rest made up of weekdays which may be full or part days. Hours will be kept to 40 per week. We are seeking someone with a reasonable level or experience who aims to progress within the role. A plan will be put into place to take you from Chef De Partie as far as you want to go with salary increases and promotions. All we ask is someone who is keen on a long term future in the industry who will be loyal to us in return.
