Their undercover investigations expose transnational wildlife crime, with a focus on elephants and tigers, and forest crimes such as illegal logging and deforestation for cash crops like palm oil. The EIA work to safeguard global marine ecosystems by addressing the threats posed by plastic pollution, bycatch and commercial exploitation of whales, dolphins and porpoises. Finally, EIA reduce the impact of climate change by campaigning to eliminate powerful refrigerant greenhouse gases, exposing related illicit trade and improving energy efficiency in the cooling sector. The Role The fundraising team at EIA, is responsible for raising income across trusts and statutory funders, as well as raising funds from individuals. The income raised from public fundraising has increased in recent years and they are investing in this area to further increase unrestricted income so that we can conduct even more investigative and campaigning work to protect our natural world. It is an exciting time to join EIA, as we embark on a new organisational strategy and a new fundraising strategy. This role is crucial to our ambitious plans to step change our public fundraising and ensure the best possible experience for all of our supporters. Your work will help to ensure that our activities inspire the public to give generously to enable us to combat environmental crime and abuse around the world. Responsibilities: Lead on the production of key supporter engagement pieces, the Year in Review and Supporter newsletters, including: curating the content, copywriting, data, as well as liaising with the mailing house and graphic designer. Plan, implement and evaluate digital and offline supporter-driven supporter journeys from all individual giving audiences, including appeals, digital, regular giving and the weekly lottery Work with the Senior Individual Giving Officer on the 40th anniversary supporter engagement activities Work closely with the Senior Individual Giving Officer, Supporter Services Officer and teams across the organisation (including the Communications and Campaign teams) to develop inspiring and targeted content and communications that increase engagement and lifetime value of supporters Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of supporter journeys Along with the Supporter Services Officer, be a key point of contact for supporters, ensuring that all supporters have a positive experience New Supporter Acquisition Lead on all aspects of supporter acquisition through digital and telephone channels, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the campaign KPIs: Weekly Lottery acquisition campaigns - promoting to both new and existing supporters, to acquire new lottery players and raise regular income. Digital lead generation and acquisition campaigns - to recruit new cash and regular givers Telephone fundraising campaigns - to recruit new, and reactivate lapsed, regular giving supporters using leads from a variety of online and offline sources. Our client, a child bereavement charity are looking to recruit an outgoing and enthusiastic Supporter Care Administrator to join their fundraising team. Supporter Care Administrator Hours: 37.5 hours per week Rate: £27,300 per annum Reporting to: Head of Individual Giving Base: Hybrid working from their UK Offices in either Buckinghamshire or Cheshire and home This is a full-time role which requires an experienced administrator with CRM experience (Raiser's Edge) to work closely with the Head of Individual Giving, along with supporting the wider fundraising team. We are now looking for a Member Engagement Officer to assist a lively and talented team with all areas of Remember a Charity's membership administration, in addition to supporting the marketing and partnerships workstreams. Key Accountabilities To maintain and update records on Remember A Charity's CRM database and E-Comms mailing lists for charities, legal supporters and partner organisations. To run CRM reports as required. To assist with the onboarding of new joiner charities and legal sector supporters. To use the website content management system (CMS) to build member charity and legal sector supporter online profiles; and to make any amends to these profiles and other website pages as required. To co-ordinate the programme of rolling annual membership renewal and new-joiner invoicing, including credit control of all invoices. To prepare monthly engagement report collating key activity metrics for members and legal sector supporters To assist with online and in person member, prospect and legal sector supporter events, including creating registration links, managing attendee information on the CRM and other events preparation and follow-up required. Representing Remember A Charity at key charity and legal sector exhibitions when required. To capture minutes from all key meetings. Diary management when required.
