You will need recent call handling, outbound telesales or fundraising experience for the position.
You will need a decent laptop or computer and (call centre type) headset with a microphone to commence this position along with a decent broadband connection.
This charity are there to provide advice, guidance & signposting service, supporting those who need general advice, support with benefits, those with money or housing related issues and any of those with health concerns.
This charity is commissioned by the local authority to provide a support service to the community of Solihull for those with mental health problems.
Provide day-to-day support, including activities, appointments, and family contact, in line with individual care plans.

As an Leaving Care Personal Advisor you will be expected to provide a statutory social work service for children in care and care leavers age 18-25 years.
This will involve the co-ordination, preparation and completion of pathway plans and supporting young people preparing for leaving independently into adulthood.
