Day To Day Responsibilities Working closely with families, schools, and relevant professionals to facilitate the assessment process for children and young people with SEND, ensuring that their needs are accurately identified and documented. Collaborating with stakeholders to develop EHCPs that outline the child's educational, health, and social care needs, as well as the support services required to meet those needs, based on assessment findings. Also overseeing the periodic review of EHCPs to ensure that they remain relevant and effective over time. Acting as a central point of contact for parents, schools, healthcare providers, and local authority departments involved in the EHCP process, facilitating communication, collaboration, and partnership working to support positive outcomes for children and young people with SEND. Monitoring the implementation of EHCPs and the provision of support services, ensuring that children and young people receive the appropriate interventions and that outcomes are reviewed and evaluated regularly to inform ongoing planning and decision-making. maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practice guidelines related to SEND provision and EHCP processes, ensuring compliance and promoting continuous improvement in service delivery. Essential Requirements Minimum of 3 Years Experience, amending & creating EHCP's. Strong work ethic, with competency in handling a varied & complex caseload. Care centred & solution driven approach. High level report writing skills. Self-motivation & self-discipline. About The Role The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Internal communications Work with our Marketing Managers to support and execute internal communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with Healix values and goals. Create engaging content for our internal communications channels such as our intranet, newsletters, emails, and other internal platforms. Collaborate with different business areas and team to gather relevant information and updates for dissemination to employees where needed. Help monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise engagement and reach. Event Management Work with Marketing Managers and other team members to help plan, coordinate, and execute various events such as Town Halls, webinars and face-to-face client events. Support the management of our event budget, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless execution and exceptional experiences for attendees. Assist with in-person and virtual events: event planning, event day set-up, email and social media marketing, pre/post event data management, event logistics (attending venues as required), merchandise requirements and event wrap-up reports. Collaborate with the team and other internal stakeholders to develop event themes, agendas, and promotional materials. Manage our industry events calendar to drive brand awareness and generate interest. Marketing and design support Contribute to content creation and design for marketing campaigns, encompassing email, social media, and events. Provide straightforward document design and presentation support to various departments where needed. Collaborate with external agencies to coordinate more complex collateral design and production. Assist in data collection and reporting to help measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
