At OFG we are trialling the 4 day working week, we will be rolling this out once we have gone through our exciting period of growth and are fully staffed - there has never been a more exciting time to join us.
Our aim is to support families in their time of crisis to prevent the escalation of concerns.
Our Referral and Assessment Team, part of Children's Social Care's Identification and Assessment division, works directly with children and families, focusing on initial involvement through new referrals, child in need, child protection, and initial court proceedings.
Achieving for Children is dedicated to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
