Role Description This is a remote role for a MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyor on a freelance basis. As a chartered surveyor, you will be responsible for a range of activities that include inspecting houses and apartments, conducting surveys, and assessing defects and producing associated repair specifications. You will work independently but with the full backing of a supportive team. Qualifications Hold an MRICS or FRICS professional designation. Have extensive experience in Building Surveying. You will have a working understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985. Demonstrate knowledge and experience in producing repair specifications. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices and be comfortable with remote work technology.
