To support our progress, we are currently recruiting for a Channel Marketing Lead to come and join our team at our Head Office in Ibstock, LE67 6HS Job Description: Responsible for the development, ownership and delivery of the marketing plan for the House builder and Direct Distribution channels to drive profitable growth. Through a thorough understanding of our markets and customers/potential customers the Channel Market Lead Housing & Direct Distribution will use insights to create marketing initiatives to effectively promote our company, our products and our services based on fulfilling the needs of our customers and identify new opportunities for growth. Develop and own the Marketing Plan for the Housing Developer and Direct Distribution channels and the link to Business Strategic Plans: Marketing, Sales, Ops, ESG, and Technical Gather marketing insights on markets, customers/potential customers and competitors Use market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning.
