Change Lead 18 month contract Reading based Hybrid working Our client in the Energy industry is looking for a Change Lead to join their team, for an 18 month contract. Job Description - Report to the Bridge Business Design & Change Lead on progress the BI change team Identify and assess key changes that need to be communicated across Business and Technical Design teams Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with delivery teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities Develop and maintain central change and deployment-related documentation, approaches and toolkits, e.g. change strategy and plan Identify and manage deployment-related risks and issues, escalating as necessary Oversees planning, development and delivery of overall change management activity encompassing, communications, readiness training and adoption Communicate all necessary information to the Directorate Change Teams Attend and Input into the Transition/Deployment Board Skills and Experience required: Strong proficiency and/or qualifications in change management methodologies and frameworks Excellent communication skills Excellent stakeholder management Strong project management skills (APMG/Waterfall/Agile) Resilience to navigate resistance to change Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Does this sound like you?
