Responsibilities This is an entry level position focused on supporting the efficient operation of our back-office systems. Working remotely from home you will gain valuable experience working alongside our established team of administrators and will contribute to the smooth running of our projects. Duties Assist in monitoring Plancast database system for new survey dates, Estimated Completion Dates (ECD's), job status changes and date modifications. Learn and implement standard procedures to update our client system "Force" by changing attributes to allow client to use their system for job reporting and to ensure Plancast's database reflects information shown on "Force". Support with monitoring our client's system to identify changes to job status and informing the Plancast Scheduler (PS) and Planning Manager (PM) of changes to allow timely actioning Develop proficiency in uploading Plancast job packs onto client systems and altering any required attributes to match the pack information, and then updating the Plancast database based on the job pack information. Download documents from ADC Build/Force to facilitate planners to survey new jobs. Assist the PS and PM with ad hoc requirements to allow for the smooth running of the project. Key Skills Job Related Team working Eye for detail Core Self-Organisation Willingness to learn new skills Basic understanding of Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the Telecoms industry is an advantage, but not essential Qualifications Current Driving License (Preferred but not essential) GCSEs or Equivalent in English and Maths Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, (Preferred but not essential)
