The successful candidate's primary function will be to drive the transformation, change and programme management function, providing expertise and ensuring alignment with the organisation's priorities.
To provide highly skilled and adaptable expertise to the transformation, change and programme management function, and have responsibility for driving the transformation and change programme, ensuring work remains aligned to the priorities.
To work closely with the senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure effective business change, specifically and most importantly, contributing to the successful implementation and closure of major change programmes.
