Change Manager Remote ( Occasional travel to Cambridge) Day rate up to £550 per day Technet Is currently partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical Company undergoing a major Digital transformation project. Part of the project is implementing a cutting-edge Employee experience platform. The Change manager will be responsible for Change management strategies and plans for their universal service experience project. You will be responsible for the following Designing a vision for change that's innovative and creative balancing impactful delivery across the enterprise Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans for the universal service experience project. Identify potential risks and resistance to change and proactively develop mitigation strategies Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate the vision for change, Build support and foster a culture of empowerment and Collaboration Collaborating with project teams to integrate change management activities, You will need the following skills Proven Experience in change management, with a strong track record of driving and implementing change initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders Demonstrated ability to deliver creative, Differentiated thinking to change that matches the effect needed for the success of the program Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment Experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry Experience working as part of an Employee experience transformation project Please get in touch for more information
