This is an interim Finance Director / CFO job to work on a project integrating two large businesses together after a merger, integrating finance teams, systems and processes quickly and accurately.
This role reports into the Group CFO, but your role will be critical in project managing the integration of the finance functions of the business on a technical and cultural level.
You will be a Qualified Accountant, and very likely a career interim with significant experience of working on mergers between separate organisations with teams in different locations.
Working closely with the CFO, this position has oversight of key parts of the finance function including financial management and business partnering, financial planning, and will be responsible for managing a significant proportion of the finance department.
This means ensuring that the team discharges its obligations and provides sound decision support and financial guidance to the business amongst other things.

Duties

Coordinate the receipt, review, and processing of various purchasing, accounting, and reporting activities.
