THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Customer Service Centre Advisor is the first point of contact to our customers via multiple channels such as Email, Telephone and Digital, supporting them with their prime needs whilst collaborating with our internal and external stakeholders.
Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor working for a business based in Wigston Leicester.
General
This is a full time temporary on going position, Monday to Friday which offers a heavy hybrid model
To provide a full Human Resources administration service for the HR department and to related stakeholders, including payroll support where required.
To act as a first point of contact for Human Resource & Payroll related enquiries at BRUSH Transformers, ensuring that the department can carry out its tasks and duties effectively, to partner the Transformer Business at all levels.
Main Responsibilities
Be recognised as the first point of contact for human resource and people related matters from all levels, advising, signposting and resolving as appropriate.
