As a Client Manager, you're the primary representative and face of The B-Hive. Reporting into the Senior Client Manager, you'll be hands on, managing relationships and delivering briefs across internal and external stakeholders and dealing with our creative and production team to deliver first-class projects.In this role, you'll be the one of the key client contacts within one of our latest and high-profile accounts, managing key retail initiatives across paid media and liaising with multiple agency partners to deliver cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities:Working as part of the client management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-profile projects across paid and owned channels. Running projects and owning your client relationships, being confident and comfortable to challenge and develop the brief with clients.Manage multiple campaign deadlines, ensuring issues, risks or challenges are communicated and upholding the agency standards of ensuring great work is delivered.Taking the lead in client meetings, presentations, and signoffs both virtual and in-person.Being the delivery expert for your account ensuring your pushing for opportunities and continuously proposing solutions with a positive, can-do attitude.Coordinate and partner with Project Managers to support plan, track and deliver end-to-end projects for a variety of campaign and channel requirements.Proactive, continuous improvement of processesSupport the finance process, staying on top of tracking scope, estimating, and tracking budgets and ensuring monthly updates are on track.Support wider Client Management team across accounts and workstreams, where needed. What you'll need to have: 5 years Account Management experience within agency or related creative environmentExperience working and collaborating with media agencies and delivering creative against large media plansFluent in project management principles specifically delivering omni-channel creative assetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levelsGood with numbers, calculating and developing estimates for clients.Confident and highly organised, with good listening and note taking skills.Smart, friendly, pro-active, and objective focused, always keeping the customer in mind.Passionate about producing great creative. It would be great if you also have: Degree level educationProven use of project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, to budget and expected quality.
