About the role
The Sous Chef will be responsible for all Head Chef duties in the absence of the Head Chef.
Due to the opening of a new kitchen and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit a number of highly driven chefs to join our team at Mill Farm Sports Village.
Preparing, cooking and serving food at a busy customer site.
You'll ensure the provision of a high standard of food quality, preparing, cooking and presenting food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy and safe environment.
Our Commis Chef will be expected to assist the Sous and Head chef to lead, motivate and supervise the Kitchen team and have full responsibility for all aspects of food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking and service to the restaurants, bars, match day hospitality, public catering and banqueting.
