To undertake basic food preparation duties, including breakfast production, preparing vegetables, fruit, salad, and cold buffets

Job Role/Responsibilities
To assist in the preparation of food, servicing of meals with agreed methods and portion control, assist in stock taking including checking delivery and storage of stock and general catering duties.
We are currently recruiting for a Mobile Chef to cover various Hospital sites across Lancashire, the sites that this would be covering include: Preston, Blackpool, Chorley and Blackburn.
You must have previous experience working as a Chef, the duties will be:
This will be working 5 days out of 7 and the shift times are from 9.30am to 5.30pm or 11am to 7pm.
Our Sous Chef will be expected to assist the Head Chef to lead, motivate and supervise the Kitchen team and have full responsibility for all aspects of food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking and service to the restaurants, bars, match day hospitality, public catering and banqueting.
About the role
The Sous Chef will be responsible for all Head Chef duties in the absence of the Head Chef.
Due to the opening of a new kitchen and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit a number of highly driven chefs to join our team at Mill Farm Sports Village.
Our Commis Chef will be expected to assist the Sous and Head chef to lead, motivate and supervise the Kitchen team and have full responsibility for all aspects of food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking and service to the restaurants, bars, match day hospitality, public catering and banqueting.
