GSL Education are currently working with an Outstanding Primary School based in Oldham who are seeking full-time Teaching Assistants to work 1-1 and in small groups for pupils with Autism. As a Reception class Teaching Assistant, your primary focus will be on providing one-on-one support to a pupil with Autism. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to implement individualised learning plans and strategies that cater to the unique needs of the child.
