Our client has an exciting opportunity for someone to join their catering team and support them on an ad-hoc basis.
You'll be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver meals and refreshments to customers living in their independent living villages across Stoke-on-Trent.
To assist in the preparation of food, servicing of meals with agreed methods and portion control, assist in stock taking including checking delivery and storage of stock and general catering duties.
General
To undertake basic food preparation duties, including breakfast production, preparing vegetables, fruit, salad, and cold buffets
To ensure that all food served is of a high quality and standard, mindful of portion control, meal content and correct temperatures.
