Brand Manager Location: South Manchester / Cheshire - HYBRID WORKING £35,000 - £40,000 plus great benefits Homewares Fixed Term Contract - 9 months Our client is a leading homewares company, supplying UK retailers. They now have an excellent opportunity for a Brand Manager to join the hugely successful marketing team - hitting the ground running with product marketing experience in a homeware / related category. Where does your role fit in? Responsible for managing the brand portfolio across key categories and retailers, you will already be an experienced marketer, ready to embrace a diverse working day! Acting as an internal brand guardian, you will be independently leading the marketing agenda and execution for your categories and customers - so you'll need lots of relevant experience and an ability to self-start. Working closely with the sales, e-com and graphics teams, you will be responsible for developing best in class marketing assets for your categories, and providing effective customer marketing support across your online and retail customer base. With a passion for product, you will be leading projects across key elements of the product marketing mix, including packaging and artwork, copywriting, and retailer NPD concept creation. The online business is growing at pace, and they need to continually stay ahead of what best in class online product listings for the home category look like. This role will be crucial in effectively briefing and managing photo shoots to deliver page-stopping online results. What will you need? A real passion for product and experience of the home category (or similar) that will shine through all elements of marketing execution and enable you to brief and manage effective product photoshoots. A natural creative eye, expert in briefing and evaluating artwork and photography An instinctive feel for compelling online product marketing communication in the home category (or similar). You will be familiar with online store fronts and what makes great Amazon A content. A strong commercial mindset, with experience in supporting sales teams and pitching concepts to sales teams / buyers via impactful sales decks. Ability to generate compelling and engaging copy, with a clear features and benefits hierarchy, and in line with brand guidelines / tone of voice.
