The role does require all successful candidates to be able to work a mixture of shifts, 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm and 10am-6pm on a 2 week rota pattern.
The main purpose of the role
As a Learning Support Practitioner your role will be to assist students in the residential houses and at at the training Hotel, to help achieve the companies mission which is to equip young adults with learning disabilities to find sustainable employment in the hospitality sector and to live independently.
Support Worker with a passion for making a real and lasting difference to the residents with learning disabilities who either has previous industry experience or is looking to enter the care industry for the first time is required for a well-established charity based in Dunkeld, Perth and Kinross, Scotland.
No experience required - Full training provided
