Duties
Identification of the work required to resolve the problem, deciding the parts and general materials needed ensuring correct parts are used.
You will be required to work to a high standard and delivery excellent customer service, you will need to plan and manage your workload to ensure that jobs are attended and completed within timescales and are completed right first time, reducing the need for any further follow up visits.
Our client is seeking a skilled Multi-Trader Carpenter to join our team, focusing on a variety of projects within commercial, military, and non-domestic sectors.
This role requires a versatile individual adept at carpentry, with additional skills in kitchen fit-outs and basic painting tasks.
"To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from emergency and other routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.
The Carpenter is responsible for installations, maintenance, and repair, equipment, and fixtures.
The Carpenter will work alongside other members of the carpentry team in the day to day and project work to include all aspects of carpentry maintenance and refurbishment projects of occupied and tenanted properties.
