An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced carpenter to work with in a local reputable authority.
This role will be working as part of there repairs and maintenance team in housing, working in a variety of properties being domestic including void and tenanted.
Responsible for undertaking allocated responsive repair jobs void works or planned maintenance jobs in accordance with the skills of your own trade, attend pre-arranged responsive repair appointments to carry out work or Contact tenants directly to make access arrangements.
Notes: Van, fuel card, tools & PPE will all be provided
Duties
Identification of the work required to resolve the problem, deciding the parts and general materials needed ensuring correct parts are used.
You will be required to work to a high standard and delivery excellent customer service, you will need to plan and manage your workload to ensure that jobs are attended and completed within timescales and are completed right first time, reducing the need for any further follow up visits.

The role of the Carpenter Multi Trade will involve entering tenanted social housing properties carrying out day to day repairs and refurbishments utilising your skillset, which should include:
