It is important that you understand your role within the company as a Therapeutic Project Worker and spend as much time as possible learning about and understanding your role within the company.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a University Law Graduate (hopefully soon to be a working Professional as she applies for jobs), who is looking for a like-minded person to join their care team, to provide their personal care and independent living.
Or are you someone with a passion for making a positive impact in others' lives?
Are you a recent graduate and not sure what to do next?
This includes providing support, care, and activities to customers, involving family, carers, and other agencies to meet their changing needs.
As Care and Support Team Leader, your role will be to provide a responsive, respectful, reliable, and resourceful care and support service to vulnerable older people within an extra care service.
You will also be supervising care staff through observation and discussion to competently undertake care and support activities in a dignified and compassionate manner.
