Carers Centre Tower Hamlets (CCTH) is a small, committed organisation dedicated to supporting unpaid carers through a variety of specialist services, from social and therapeutic activities to emotional, mentoring, advocacy, and signposting support.
We are recruiting 2 roles, 1 will be based at the Royal London Hospital and 1 will be based at the Homerton Hospital.
Organisation Overview
Unpaid carers are the unsung heroes in our communities, supporting relatives, friends, and neighbours, often with limited or no support, to live the best lives they can.
We believe that anyone is capable of lasting change.
For more than 25 years we have been working with people to build positive and productive lives, whatever their past.
We are The Forward Trust (formerly RAPt and Blue Sky), the social enterprise with charitable status that empowers people to break the often-interlinked cycles of crime and addiction to move forward with their lives.
We are recruiting to a Deputy Team Manager OT position within Intermediate Care at a London council, which is an integrated health and social care team including physiotherapists, social workers, occupational therapists, nurses, pharmacists, occupational therapy assistant practitioners and rehabilitation support workers who provide short term, targeted support to maximise a person's independence.
We work from a strength-based position to build on existing skills and resources.
The ICS Reablement focus includes optimising skills to support recovery.
