As a PBS Practitioner, you will provide clinical support within both community and hospital settings.
You will conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments, develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs), and implement these plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, individuals receiving support, and their families.

The service is part of Creative Support, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing focused and responsive care to individuals with a wide range of care requirements.
Based within Tameside, our local service is responsible for providing high quality and person centred support to older adults with extra care needs.
Our purpose built local staff team is both experienced and professional and we wish to build upon this with dedicated, warm and hard working individuals who can help us to provide the best level of personal and housing related support that we can to the individuals that we care for.
You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a service for males suffering from a primary diagnosis of mental illness that have already progressed in their journey of recovery but still require further support and intensive interventions; where you will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms and visitors area.
