Effectively and appropriately care for the children and young people looked after and educated by The Lioncare Group, whilst gaining the necessary training, knowledge, skills and experiential learning necessary to be a Therapeutic Carer.

Manage a case load of children in care, conducting assessments, and developing care plans in collaboration with children, families, and carers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to children in care, as well as working closely with foster carers, residential staff, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.
