The role of Community Lead will involve some clinical responsibilities, including recording observations on weight and blood pressure, and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.
Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
He is fully aware of what is going on around him and able to answer question, he likes to watch tv and films and he enjoys days out with his support workers.
There is an opportunity to study a Level 5 in Care Leadership & Management - General Adult Social Care Diploma to become a qualified Registered Manager.
Overview of the role
