This is an opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join a not-for-profit organisation that provides supported living and supported housing services for vulnerable individuals who have experienced social exclusion, disadvantages or homelessness but have retained the capacity to make independent choices.
They work proactively with their partners to support their residents through their journey to independence and social inclusion.
We are seeking warm, caring and positive people to provide person-centred care and support to older people living in Extra Care housing in Bromley.
You will also provide respectful personal care and practical support with household tasks.
You will be committed to promoting positive health and emotional wellbeing and an excellent quality of life.You will engage with service users and build trusting, therapeutic relationships.
The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.

Permanent (37.5 hours a week) - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm.
The charity provides care home and day care services for older people, as well as grants for older people in financial difficulty.
Part Time - 24 hours per week
