We are recruiting Relief Support Workers for our services and Outreach Service, who support people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, who live in a supported living based in Sheffield.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or Level 2 with a willingness to work towards Level 3).
2 years' experience working with people with learning disabilities using a person-centred approach and experience working with and relating to people from diverse backgrounds.
