Here we provide quality care and support to older people with a range of support needs including dementia and memory impairment.
You will be based across 2 of our services, our Day Centre provides support to up to 20 people, and our Hub provides support to 8 people.

Prospero Health and Social Care are looking for Support Worker's across Tameside to join our team on a temporary basis to provide support to children and families in crisis.
We work alongside local authorities and help put in place with temporary ongoing packages of support for vulnerable children and families.
