We are seeking to recruit a Children Registered Manager to lead and manage our client's Ofsted-registered services in London.The Children Registered Manager will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
As the Children Registered Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations while fostering a safe and supportive environment.
You will lead a team, including Deputies, Team Leaders, and Support Workers, ensuring they are motivated and delivering high-quality care.

Servol Community Services is an established charity which provides high quality accommodation and support for adults living with mental ill health and complex conditions.
(9am 5pm two days a week Early: 8am-4pm Late: 2pm to 10am three days a week)
Daily Duties
Take a lead role and provide support and advice to staff in creating and reviewing robust risk assessments, produce and agree management plans, personalised recovery support plans (identifying goals and aspirations and detailing activities and interventions) and structured move-in plans with new residents.
