The School of Health Education and Care are looking for lecturers who will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential during their time at West Herts College.
The right candidates will plan, deliver, and assess courses at levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as have the opportunity to deliver across our new and exciting T-Level programs in both Health (supporting Adult Nursing) and Childcare (Early Years and Teaching Assistant Pathways).

We are seeking to appoint a full time Lecturer to teach across the Level 3 T Level Technical Qualification in Health and Science and BTEC RQF Health and Social Care Levels 1, 2 and 3.
Our Health and Social Care Section is a successful, dynamic and vibrant area of the College, delivering a range of courses to learners, primarily aged 16-19 to prepare them for careers in the health/social care sector.
You will need to possess a degree in Nursing with current/recent clinical experience gained within the health sector.
