We are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Advisor in Essex.
As a Contact Centre Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for residents regarding repairs and property maintenance, providing advice and information through various channels to ensure first-time resolution.
Manage social work caseload of more complex nature and with high levels of autonomy.
Provide expert professional and technical advice on Children in Care to other Social Workers, managers, colleagues, and partners.
Provide professional supervision of other Social Workers, supporting caseload management and promoting reflective practice and continuous professional development.
To be responsible for the direct provision of professional, child-centred contact supervision, within the Family Resource Centre and other designated locations as appropriate.
General
To ensure the service is delivered within its statutory obligations under legislation governing health and safety, fire safety, first aid and risk assessments.
To ensure provision, recording, assessment and monitoring of Child Contact, with particular regard to children's racial and ethnic backgrounds and always with the needs and safety of the child as the paramount concern.
