This position sits on in their customer service team, with the purpose of the role being to handle inbound customer enquiries and handling insurance mid term adjustments for Public and Private Hire insurance clients.
A well-established insurance group who has a number of sites across the UK and are a well renowned Wheels Insurance specialist now seek to appoint a new Customer Service Advisor to join their Taxi Insurance team, based in Manchester (M12).
The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail, as well as occasional face to face walk ins too, to ensure service targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.
