You will assist the administration department through daily pinch points, cover sickness/holidays as required, manage time sheets for each shift, authorising holidays allowing adequate cover to maintain performance, monitor and investigate Customer Service queries.
Reporting into the Stock and Admin Manager you will ensure the day to day functions of the administration department are completed, in support of the operation.
As a Buying Assistant you will provide a consistent high standard of administration support to the Buying team, with a "right first time" approach.
Maintaining professional communication at all levels, building relationships internally with the broader commercial team, as well as external suppliers.
