Service Care Solutions, in partnership with Birmingham Children's Trust, is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their Youth Offending Service (YOS) team in the North East region.
As a team we have proven experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors and our ethos of remaining positive, persistent and consistent will enable individuals with enduring problems to experience the feelings of safety, familiarity and progression that many often haven't experienced before.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working as a Caretaker / Driver and to be a member of a team in providing a stimulating and quality Day Service to individual service users and their carers.

They will maintain a clean, safe and secure working environment for all staff and service users, whilst promoting and maintaining Health and Safety standards, policies and procedures
The client are looking for a confident, organised and compassionate individual to deliver training, work in partnership with health and other agency professionals and provide emotional and practical support, risk assessment and safety planning to standard and medium risk clients.
The IRIS Advocate Educator will train and support around 25 general practices and hold a caseload of around 25 clients.
The role is based in the Black Country areas which include, Sandwell, Walsall, Dudley and Wolverhampton.
Working from our Birmingham depot to enable the Company to achieve the agreed contractual standard of service required by completing training in the workshop decontaminating, reconditioning and repairing wheelchair equipment.

Birmingham Service centre; Hours 8.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities
Decontaminating, reconditioning and repairing Powered & Manual wheelchairs to a high standard.
