Job Overview
This role is pivotal in supporting Sefton's Youth Justice Service, working in partnership with other services to help children thrive, keep them safe, and prevent them from entering the criminal justice system.
To take responsibility for a caseload of clients including undertaking initial engagement, assessment of risk, needs and providing support in accessing appropriate.

The candidate will assist in the prevention and reduction of crime in Lewisham through case management of individuals with identified mental health issues who have perpetrated or are at risk of violence and struggle to access/engage in mental health services.
This will include assessment, report preparation, intervention, case planning and review, as appropriate to the work of the team and service unit.
