A SNAPSHOT OF THE LITIGATION PARALEGAL ASSOCIATE'S DAY: Responsible for managing case load within the Finance Sector Drafting of Letters of Claims, Pre Action Applications and advice letters to customers. Drafting proceedings to obtain return of goods order and money claims Attend telephone hearings. To review incoming information / litigation correspondence and establish a possible claim. Ensure all information is scanned and uploaded to the case / customer management system.
