The main role of the Case Handler is to manage a portfolio of up to 75 Sale and Purchase Conveyancing Transactions from Instruction to Completion
Duties
You will deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence, and occasionally face to face, to provide advice and assistance.

My client provides probate services and are looking to recruit a Senior Case Handler whose role will be to complete the estate administration process for complex and contentious cases.
You will be responsible for the file through the entire process and will need to ensure that every account has been closed, all monies due to and from the estate have been paid and all issues have been dealt with in a professional manner.
