In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of media across all channels in your category area and working alongside the commercial teams, driving successful campaign delivery for the media centre. It will be essential for you to build strong relationships with your key stakeholders, both internal and external, using effective communication skills to support the total business commercial goals and targets. You will be tasked with generating interest among existing leads within the company CRM system. Working alongside a team of sales consultants, the focus will be dealing with clients that express interest in the services you offer. You will take responsibility for the new lead engagement process with the goal of securing a sale. You will also focus on ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the sales process by applying a professional, high quality approach that makes you stand out from the rest! You will need to have excellent communication skills, a desire to achieve and exceed, and have strong customer service abilities to be successful in this position. Key Responsibilities as Sales Support Executive: Proactively contact leads from the internal database. Communicate with clients via phone calls, emails, or text. Ensure comprehensive information is gained on client leads. Complete in-house sales/lead documentation. Develop relationships with potential customers as well as cultivate and sustain customer relationships. Maintain client files and handle general administrative tasks. Conduct market research and manage product information to be utilised throughout sales process. Follow up with old leads to secure business. Ensure that sales process is managed accordingly until completion. Maintain continuous communication between all parties in the sales process. Schedule appointments for sales managers and external contacts to conduct visits. Identify opportunities to refer leads to other divisions of the business. Ensure that industry guidelines/regulations are being followed at all times. Skills & Experience Required: Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to overcome objections. Computer literate. As Sales Support Executive you will receive a basic salary of between £22,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience, with on target earnings of up to £37,000 including commission! You will also have access to some great benefits, including an onsite gym and games areas! This role is working Monday to Thursday 8:30 5:30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
