I'm looking for a team of Claims Handlers with Motor Insurance Experience who have experience in resolving liability, subrogation of outlays and handling third party claims in the personal lines sector.
The role of the repairs call handler is to handle a high volume of inbound calls to the repairs line while accurately diagnosing, raising and scheduling a wide range of repairs for residents and communicating regularly with all stakeholders (residents, colleagues and contractors).
Our client is looking for someone who has been in a "call-handler" role and is used to working with sometimes difficult customers.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all customers in connection with service calls; allocating these calls as necessary to specific engineers and ensuring that the computer systems used are actively and accurately updated.
37.5 hours per week - this is based on 3 shift patterns of 07.45-16.15, 08.30-17.00 and 09.30-18.00.
