Our client is seeking experienced Case Handlers to join as part of a high-quality team working on a Car Finance project.
You will be working in a results-orientated environment, where your core responsibility will be to complete quality checks on customer cases to ensure accurate and high-quality decision making.
Due to an increase in workload volumes, we are looking for candidates who have a passion for customer service to join the team on a temporary basis at our key site in Dearne.

Provide professional but empathetic service through the claims process via multiple channels including, phone and email - Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety
Support customers through the process of their claim providing guidance and relevant information to support them and help them understand what is needed for prompt and accurate resolutions
Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information
We are looking for a Customer Support/Contact Center Administrator who can join our client on an initially 2 month contract, starting from the 7th of May.
This role is located in Daventry.
This could become a permanent position for the right candidate.
