The purpose of the Call Centre role is to engage with the prospective customer, either following a sales appointment, or to follow up their registered interest in our product arranging a sales appointment with a Sales Representative or to provide further information to the prospective customer for the Sales Support Agent to negotiate and complete the sale.
At Anglian Home Improvements we are looking for Contract Centre Support Agent to support our Contact Centre based in Norwich.
The role is responsible for calling all prospective customers to follow up on our sales appointments and sits uniquely between having customer service skills and sales skills equally.
The role will initially commence on a temporary basis and will become permanent at the 13 week stage however permanent applications will be considered.
£11.45 per hour Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm - occasional Saturdays if you wish.
Due to the location of my client you need to have your own transport to get to the office for the training and when working in the office (2 or 3 days per week)
