Customer Service Advisor - Facilities £24,000-£28,000 DOE - Permanent Glasgow - Onsite The Vacancy My client is a well-established facilities management organisation focusing heavily on the effective management of facilities within the educational sector. We are looking to onboard a forward-thinking advisor, who can productively manage incoming requests from our customers. You will report directly to the facilities manager. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for facilities requests. Use product knowledge to effectively manage complaints. Be a consultant for requests, meeting the needs of the customer. Face to face, telephone and virtual communications. Manage bookings and payments. Address welfare concerns. Liaise with any third party required. What We Need From You... A can-do attitude.
