This service is open 24/7 and the position is based in the office. Training Hours: You must be available for 10 weeks Full time Training (8am - 4pm OR 4pm - Midnight) Candidates must be available for 12 weeks without any upcoming holiday. You must have a flexible approach to working hours - All Rota's will include a mixture of shifts including nights, early's 3/4 weekends and 6/8 Bank holidays. Please note the Rota's are given to you 5 weeks in Advance. Hourly Rate: Weekdays - Hours worked between 06:00am - 20.00pm during first 12 weeks £11.44 P/H. What you will be doing as a call handler: You will be giving people advise and help manage their symptoms telephonically. You will be using a software to record patient's basic clinical information. You will direct patient's to the most appropriate health care professional once the condition is assessed. No Previous experience needed as full training will be provided. Experience within a Customer service Advisor position is essential. Basic computer skills and great telephone manners is essential.
