We are looking for a Customer Support/Contact Center Administrator who can join our client on an initially 2 month contract, starting from the 7th of May. This could become a permanent position for the right candidate. This role is located in Daventry. You should have experience in contact center admin, taking calls from customers, creating cases/tickets in our system, raising quotations for customers, sending documents to customers, and updating excel spreadsheets .
