We are currently looking for a sales executive to join a national commercial insurance advisor looking to strengthen their current customer outreach.
The following role will play a pivotal position in underlining & outlining the existing benefits available with numerous financial service plans available.
This role will have a large impact on consumer on boarding & retention, & will be actively targeted on the maintenance of service levels.

9am-5pm On call (1 evening per week from home & 1 in 6 weekends)
We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our close-knit team, working for a key client.
This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing bookings, reporting KPIs, and coordinating logistics.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding service, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting operational logistics to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
Once fully trained and signed off, the Sales Agent will have the flexibility to work from the office for at least 2 days per week, with the option to work from home for the remaining days, providing their performance remains satisfactory.
Alternatively, if the Sales Agent prefers to work predominantly from the Knutsford office, that arrangement is also completely acceptable.
